Lydia has worked at the practice since May 2018 and plays a crucial role in delivering individually tailored dental hygienist advice and treatment services to our patients.  ​

​

In her spare time she enjoys listening to music, cooking, keeping fit, yoga, surfing and travel. 

​

There’s Lydia, a star with a radiant glow,  

Our skilled hygienist, always on the go.  

With gentle hands and a caring heart,  

She’s perfected the art of her dental craft.  

 

But when the scrubs come off and the day is done,  

Lydia’s life is filled with joy and fun.  

She listens to music, her soul in the beat,  

Finding rhythm and peace that makes life sweet.  

 

In the kitchen, she cooks with passion and flair,  

Creating dishes with love and care.  

Her fitness and yoga keep her grounded and strong,  

Balancing her days as she moves along.  

 

When the waves call her name, she’s off to the sea,  

Surfboard in hand, where she feels free.  

Travel excites her, with the world to explore,  

New cultures and sights she’s eager to adore.  

 

But her greatest joy, her heart’s delight,  

Is her young son, her shining light.  

From storytime cuddles to laughter so pure,  

Her love for him is steadfast and sure.  

 

So here’s to Lydia, with her multifaceted life,  

A mom, a surfer, a yogi with drive.  

In every role, she shines so bright,  

A true inspiration, morning to night.
